The Camden County Board of Commissioners is joining communities across the county, state, and world in recognizing Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ+) Pride Month throughout the month of June.
June has long been recognized as LGBTQ+ Pride Month, in honor of the Stonewall riots, which took place in New York City in June 1969.
Pride Month celebrates the diversity and achievements of the LGBTQ+ community, while also raising awareness for the community’s fight for equal rights.

Maison Marcellé, we present our 1st annual Pride Celebration! Dance the night away under The Rainbow Tent as the DJ throws back to Class of 1977! The Haddon Township Equity Initiative has proudly partnered with Haddon Township to bring you our second annual HT PRIDE Parade + Events! Join us for the 3 DAYS of events with a celebration on Haddon Avenue in Haddon Township, NJ.
This night will include community-based events and resources for learning. We will have quizzo games and a Drag Queen Lip Sync Battle as well as a number of vendor tables for resources including education, nonprofits, healthcare, and networking.

Collingswood Pop-Up Pride Event

In partnership with Collingswood’s Second Saturday, and in recognition of Pride Month, we are hosting a Pop-Up Pride event on Saturday, June 11th from 5 pm – 9 pm on Irvin Avenue. The event will feature drag performers, local vendors and musicians, fire pits, outreach and education, a photo booth, face painting, and more!

Join us for a night celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community! Collingswood is well known as an inclusive community valuing each of its residents for who they are. Our diversity and uniqueness are part of what makes Collingswood where you want to be! Let’s have fun as a community and share resources for connection from advocacy groups including PFLAG, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and our own Collingswood Public Library. Join us for an evening of fun featuring Drag Queen Story Hour with Philadelphia’s favorite drag queen, Brittany Lynn of Drag Queen Mafia. Get creative and paint the flag that represents YOU at our crafts table. Play some games and enjoy live music by DJ Lilly and enjoy our Teen Poetry Slam. Dress in your best pride gear and participate in our Pride Picnic Blanket Decorating Contest and WIN PRIZES!
